FestEval has been updated with the confirmed stage times

Confirmed stage times from Clashfinder have now been added to FestEval, so you can generate your custom itineraries, lockscreens, and timetables!

All available, totally free here: https://festeval.uk/

When the festival starts a new button on the artist pages will appear underneath the "must see" button - it says "Saw it?", so you can log an act as seen, and then generate a post festival recap - may be a useful reminder to keep in your camera roll.

Enjoy Green Man everyone! Wish I was going - it's a hell of a lineup!

FestEval reminder: Just over a week left to rate the line-up so it's ready to generate your personalised itinerary!

As FestEval seems to have been most popular with Green Man attendees I thought a little reminder may be prudent - get your ratings in now and as soon as ClashFinder is updated with accurate times you'll be able to generate and download your personalised itinerary (and lock screen versions as per the attached image). The provisional ClashFinder data is uploaded, so you can see what it'll look like, but the times aren't guaranteed yet.

Also, if you tried to create a group and found that nobody could join, please try again - that issue's been fixed now!

Custom Lock Screen Itinerary!

I've been working on a free tool that lets you rate the acts playing at a festival and then automatically builds a personalised schedule based on your ratings.

I've just added a new feature that generates custom lock screen wallpapers using your schedule, so you can keep your plan handy throughout the festival without constantly opening an app or website.

There are quite a few options to customise the look (fonts, colours, layouts, etc.), as you can see from the screenshots.

I'd love to hear any feedback or suggestions for things you'd like to see added.

FestEval has a new look, and some new features!

A couple of months ago I posted here about FestEval - a free tool for rating festival lineups and generating a clash-free itinerary once the stage times drop. The feedback from this community was genuinely useful, and most of it pointed the same direction: it needed to work better on mobile.

So I’ve spent the last couple of months rebuilding it, and the new version is now live.

What’s new:

  • Lock screen wallpapers - once you’ve rated the lineup and the timetable drops, you can generate a phone wallpaper of your day’s itinerary. iOS and Android both supported, light and dark themes, a few colour options. Genuinely useful for the weekend itself when you’re standing in a field without signal.
  • More ways to view the lineup - condensed grid, comfortable cards, expanded view with streaming links (Spotify, Bandcamp, Tidal etc.), or a simple list. The timetable view colours acts by your rating so clashes are obvious at a glance.
  • Itinerary improvements - the generator is smarter about whole sets and essential acts, and the output looks a lot better.
  • Groups - create or join a group, share ratings with friends, and get a weighted group itinerary that accounts for everyone’s preferences. Useful if you’re going with people who have very different taste (or for settling arguments).

Everything is still free. You don’t need an account to rate the lineup or generate an itinerary - sign-up is only needed if you want groups or to sync your ratings across devices.

I’m building this solo, so if anything’s broken or feels off, please say so - I’ll do what I can to fix things as quickly as possible.

Hope it’s useful for the run-up to the festival. Would love to know what you think.
