This weeks B.S.

I started my journey in to the residential service area of the trade after being strictly commercial service and install for the past 10 years. It’s been interesting so far. First picture is from a no cool call that the customer stated that the filters have recently been changed. I’m think it was about an hour before I got there. The second and third pictures are what I came up to on a PM. Of course it was the last one of the day too. Customer said he was having some work done at his house and the contractor relocated one of the returns. The system was still running when I got there.

Pay off truck and keep it or trade it in

I’m getting close to paying off my truck. There’s nothing wrong with it and I like it. However my fear is the negative impact of closing that account will have on my credit. I just bought a house so I’ll have that revolving account for the next 30 years. My other debt isn’t crazy it’s $2,600 between 2 credit cards so I’m not hurting for the extra money I just like to have good credit in case of emergency
