I need some advise on applying indoor paint

I have a room na gusto ko na ipa pintura and nag check online mga products na pwede gamitin. I need some advise lang po if maganda po ba itong mga napili ko and long lasting? As well as yung sequence ng pag apply nila sa pader.

Note: yung pader po namin sa loob is makinis na never pa napinturahan. And yung pader sa labas is hindi mapinturahan ng pang positive water proofing.

1st layer: buildrite flexor - 2 layers application

2nd layer: bostik fino skimcoat - application depend on smoothness we want to achieve

3rd layer: Davies concrete primer sealer

4th layer: Davies sun and rain elastomeric waterproofing paint

Nakakainis yung management na naghahandle samen, nag set sila ng teambuilding na di naman lahat agree, okay lang sana kung own budget ng team/group yung gagastusin kaso 5k per head?! Weekends?! Ang malala kahit di ka sasama sa mismong date ng teambuilding required ka mag bigay ng 5k para mapilitan kang sumama.

I hope valid yung inis ko, ayaw ko kasi talaga pumunta kasi weekends are the only days na makakasama ko family ko. 🫠
