Is that a bedbug shell?/Ontario
Hello everyone,
A few nights ago, I found blood stains on my pajamas and also on my husband's pillowcase. He insisted they were from a bleeding pimple, which has happened before, but this time the stains were very round.
Since I found stains on my pajamas as well, I became concerned. I put a mattress encasement on the bed and examined it as thoroughly as I could. However, the headboard is fabric-covered and has lots of holes and crevices, making it difficult to inspect properly. I also placed two bed bug detectors under the bed, but so far they haven't caught anything.
While inspecting, I found this shed skin/shell. Could it be from a bed bug?
We also found a tiny object that didn't really look like an insect because it was so small. The photo is zoomed in significantly. Does anyone know what it might be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
