Is this packaging enough for a Squier Strat shipment (Getting anxious!)
Hey everyone, I just sold my used Squier Bullet Stratocaster to a buyer in another pretty far city here in Morocco (700km+). I’m shipping it via a national courier service.
I’ve been stressing out because I’m worried about the guitar arriving with a broken neck or damage during transit. I’ve attached photos of how I packed it: I used a cardboard box, wrapped the body/neck in plastic wrap, and ensured everything was tight even tho imm not sure now anymore.
I know it’s not a professional flight case, but for a guitar, is this generally enough to survive a 3-day ground shipping journey? I’ve already detuned the strings slightly to reduce tension.
Am I overthinking this, or should I be genuinely worried? cuuuz i dont have the money to refund the buyer. Any advice for my own sanity or for when the buyer opens it would be appreciated!
