Cobblehop has me stressing over here 😭
So I received my Cobblehop about a month ago, and it had the tiniest little defect on it's nose (picture) but it was enough to bother me, especially because of the requirements necessary to acquire this bunny. I reached out to Jellycat and they said that is does fall outside their quality control, so they will replace it for me. I asked them if my replacement arrived with defects again, would they issue another replacement. They said as long as the defect falls outside their quality control, they would replace again. However, I have seen tons of Cobblehops on Reddit and Facebook Jellycat groups that have defects, mostly consisting of one arm sewn higher than the other, and those individuals were DENIED a replacement from Jellycat. I honestly would be much more upset if I received one of those compared to the one I currently have. I'm not sure if I gamble and return my current one, in hopes of getting a perfect one. But my fear is that I will be stuck with a worse bunny that they won't replace. WHY is buying a silly bunny so STRESSFUL. ESPECIALLY when I spent $500 bucks for the OPTION to buy this thing. Am I being too picky? Any advice is appreciated.
