Maynilad violates consumer's rights

Nagmessage na ako sa maynilad and sabi sa message " any overpayment shall be credited to your future bills". Di ako masyado maalam sa batas pero alam ko mali to. So based sa "research", it violates Solutio Indebiti (Article 2154 of the Civil Code of the Philippines and Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394). Di ako masyado sure if tama pero fuck it itry ko pa rin ireklamo kasi yari ako sa magulang ko. Nagsearch ako ng mga similar cases sa socmed and may nabasa ako na successfully niyang narefund yung overpayment niya instead of credit by messaging merchant and maynilad relentlessly(Minessage niya rin yung BSP).Kaso inabot ng 1 month bago marefund. So ngayon research ulit ako kung ano gov department ko sila irereklamo 🥲.

To summarize:

Problem: overpayment to maynilad

Solution:

  1. Spam them (merchant and maynilad )

  2. File a complaint in the ff:

Consumer Protection and Dispute Resolution Division

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

National Water Resources Board (NWRB)

Maxipeel no.2 🤙

I've only been using it for 2 weeks 🤙

Routine:

I use it every day that has the letter "t" (Tues, Thurs, Sat). First, I cleanse with Ponds Thymo-ba. Then, every night I just put 4 drops on a cotton pad and tap it where I have pimples and dark spots. After that, I moisturize with Celeteque in the morning and evening because it’s super drying. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen if you don’t want your face to get burned. I’ve also been keeping up with less sleep and avoiding sugary drinks. Drinking water first 😔

Earlier, I felt a slight burning sensation, so I’ll reduce the frequency to 2 times a week. I might switch to Cetaphil cleanser if the burning continues.

2 months is the recommended length of usage; after that, take a 2-month break.

I shall return after another 2 weeks (1 month of usage). Road to porcelain skin 🤙
