Need a caterer for a wedding. Has anyone used Spilled Milk Catering?

I am planning a wedding for about 100 people. We are looking for a caterer that does good food but also handles the logistics like rentals and staffing. I found Spilled Milk Catering online. They seem to do a lot more than just food, like event planning and rentals. Their menus look interesting and they have good reviews.

Has anyone here used them for a wedding or a similar event? I want to know if the food is as good as it looks and how the overall experience was. Also, how was their pricing compared to other caterers in the area? I am trying to get a realistic idea of the budget.

Does anyone know a good sleep mask for acne-prone skin? I keep breaking out from mine.

I have been using a cheap sleep mask for a while. It blocks out light well enough. But I keep waking up with new pimples on my forehead and around my temples. I think the fabric is irritating my skin or trapping oil. I need a sleep mask but I cannot deal with the breakouts anymore.

Does anyone with sensitive or acne-prone skin have a recommendation for a sleep mask that will not cause irritation? I am willing to spend more if it is comfortable and skin-friendly. I just want to sleep properly without damaging my skin.

Update: I found the Drowsy Sleep silk sleep mask. It is much softer and smoother than the cheap ones I used before. I feel so stupid that I didn't find this before.

Is there any VPN that works with streaming services anymore?

I travel for work a lot and I like to watch my local streaming services when I am abroad. Netflix, Hulu, BBC iPlayer, that sort of thing. I have tried a few different VPNs over the years and they always seem to get blocked after a while. The streaming platforms have gotten really good at detecting datacenter IPs and they just show me a proxy error message.

I am not trying to do anything complicated, just watch shows from home while I am away. I have tried all the big names and they all eventually fail. It is getting frustrating to pay for a service that stops working after a few weeks.

Does anyone know of a VPN that stays undetectable? Found Mysterium VPN online, anyone used it? I am willing to pay a bit more for something that works reliably and does not get blocked every month. I just want to watch my shows without the headache.

Does "VIP" healthcare even exist in NYC or is it all the same bureaucracy?

I'm getting fed up with the healthcare situation here. I pay top dollar for insurance, but every time I need to see a primary doc or a specialist, I’m still stuck waiting weeks for an appointment. When I finally get in, the doc rushes through in 10 minutes because they're juggling 30 other patients.

My time is extremely limited and I just want a doctor who knows my history, answers my texts when something pops up, and doesn't make me sit in a crowded waiting room.

For those in NYC, how are you handling primary care? Are you all using concierge doctors or is there a better way to bypass the standard system?

Update:

So a colleague recommended Dr. Tina Sindwani’s concierge practice in Manhattan, said her zero-wait policy and direct 24/7 access are unmatched. Anyone here worked with her or a similar Flatiron practice? Want to hear real experiences before reaching out for membership.

Looking for advice

I work at a nonprofit with about 500 employees. We manage multiple warehouses and supply stock for disaster relief operations globally. We need a system that can handle finance, HR, and project management, but inventory management is a critical piece for us.

I am looking for an ERP that is built for service organizations with complex logistics needs. A lot of the big players seem designed for retail or manufacturing. We need something modular so we can start with finance and inventory, then add other modules later. I am also worried about user adoption. Our warehouse staff and field teams need something simple to use. We cannot afford a system that is hard to learn.

Reporting and analytics are also important. I want a single source of truth so we can track inventory, reduce waste, and forecast needs for upcoming projects. I am curious about AI capabilities too. Does anyone use an ERP with an AI agent that can answer questions like "What is our current stock level for emergency kits?"

Has anyone here implemented a new ERP for a similar organization? What was the process like and how did you handle the transition? Any advice or lessons learned would be appreciated.

Best lightweight ways to get a secondary WhatsApp Business number without heavy API setup?

Hey guys, I'm currently auditing different ways to get a clean separation for client messaging on WhatsApp. Most of the standard enterprise tools like MessageBird or Infobip are great if you are running a massive customer support center, but for a leaner setup, they feel like overkill.

I've been testing a few alternatives lately. WATI is decent for team inboxes, but sometimes you just want something straightforward that hooks up instantly without a multi-day onboarding process.

drowning in intake calls and losing my mind. how are you guys handling this alone?

I’m running a small injury/general practice and over the last few months I've been getting completely slammed with phone calls. Half of them are unqualified junk, but a good chunk are prospective clients that I’m missing because I’m either in court or stuck drafting motions.

To make it worse, I’m in an area with a huge Spanish-speaking population and I keep missing out on those cases because nobody in my office speaks Spanish fluently enough to properly qualify them on the spot. I feel like I'm literally burning money every week.

How are other solos handling overflow intake without hiring a full-time in-house receptionist? Do you guys use virtual legal assistants or specific answering services?
