can anyone give me an update on the power outage? i tried to call bge but they won’t answer

what caused the outage?

Why make them illegal if no one is going to enforce it? There should be places people can go to avoid them without needing an in-home sound proof bunker. Somewhere that it is illegal to shoot them off seems like a place that there would be that reasonable expectation, no? If these laws aren’t upheld, why uphold any law?

So yes I was in Salisbury one night. Picked up friends from the bar and was pulled over in my Bright blue Sports car at around midnight I was completely sober and when they pulled me over said I was over the line. I was then pulled out of the car and said if I do the sobriety test I was good to go after. I did the test and passed and they still arrested me they then illegally searched my car, harassed me and took me to the sheriffs office I blew a zero. I was charged with DUI and driving on drugs so far beyond of driving and driving on CDS and reckless driving charge. Everything was Dismissed in court with my lawyer expect driving over the stop sign. I want to Sue for pain and suffering, false arrest, false imprisonment, harassment, and unlawful search and seizures.

I live in ocean city Maryland 25 year old male can anyone recommend a civil lawyer for me on this kind of stuff or if anyone has anything they can share if they have a similar story or problem thanks I really appreciate all of you.

I knew since day one I was beating this case. In total this police department got my BMW impounded. $420, lawyer fee $2,000 and fee for stop sign was $250 and one point.

TDLR: I was wrongfully arrested and imprisoned for a dui was harassed illegal search on vehicle and on top of that the sheriff that arrested me was in a sheriff Mustang car BLASTING NBA YOUNGBOY!

I grew up in the BCPS system and even as a kid thought the schools could be more eco friendly. I went to schools in bcps that didnt have ac in every classroom but imagine the difference if every school had solar panels to power ac and energy efficient windows could make such a huge difference when there are extreme temperatures. Im sure there would be people against it at first but the county has a huge deficit and things like this could be the future.

I am getting divorced in Baltimore County, Maryland. I have retained an attorney and he has said that he submitted the initial request for divorce to the court and my ex would be served with papers in the next 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and nothing.

I did some of my own research online and determined that Maryland requires e-filing. I know the ex must be served actual papers for the initial notice but it seems the court case request had to be e-filed, which should be quick. However, when I search myself on Maryland Case Search there still is not a case number showing. So to me that seems as if a case has not even been filed/created yet? Let alone my ex being served. I don’t want a lawyer that’s going to drag their feet. I wanted this done as fast as possible, which is why I’m concerned that it’s been 3 weeks since our first meeting and my case hasn’t even been filed yet.

So can someone tell me if I’m mistaken and a case most likely has been created but my ex just hasn’t been served quite yet, and the case will take a little while to show up in case search? Thanks for your help.

I just wanted to tell anyone with a sports car that lives in Woodlawn/Catonsville Lincoln Woods Drive that blasts their bass at all hours of the day, races through a 25 going 60-70 mph or decides to unload the power of their mufflers. FUCK YOU!

i’ll be outside smoking, and these little super small tiny tiny gnat like things keep landing on me occasionally. i use the deep woods dry bug spray for the mosquitos, but these little shits don’t seem to care about it 😭 i also burn a citronella candle and idk. they just showed up maybe a few days ago when it got super hot. any ideas or remedies on how to keep them away from me? 🙏😭

Right now I have my AC window unit running 24/7. I have the thermostat at 78 during the day and 72 at night. I think from 3-8pm the usage costs are higher, if that’s correct. I was thinking of running the AC at 72-73 from 9am to 1pm to cool the house down before 3pm.

My dog and I were attacked yesterday at 830 pm at Belmont Stationed by a dog whose owner was walking them without a leash. Stitches needed with a $860 dollar vet bill.

Dog was possible a pit/retriever mix, blonde short course hair, red collar.

Owner was 6'2" or taller, mid 20's to early 30's, possibly of Indian descent, no accent heard, lighter complexion and dark hair.

Owner offered to share contact information, but then asked what he should do. I told him to put the damn leash on because another dog was about to come around the corner, and that I'd be back downstairs after getting my dog somewhere safe.

After a quick look over, I went back down and he had left. I havent seen the man or this dog around here before, but tbf I wasnt paying attention.

If anyone knows anyone matching this description in the area, please DM me, the last thing I want to do is file a police report and possibly get this dog put down if all he needs is a competent and responsible owner.
