Need advice on reporting my ex fiancé (USAF) for misconduct
I’m looking for advice on how to report misconduct involving my ex fiancé, who is in the U.S. Air Force.
We’re engaged (not legally married), and I have evidence that he paid for sex while he was deployed. I have screenshots of the messages arranging it.
I also have evidence that he had a sexual relationship with one of his subordinates while she was a lower-ranking Airman under him. For quite long time. Again, I have screenshots and other documentation.
My concern is that he works in Security Forces and is highly respected at his unit. He is often involved in handling reports and investigations, so I’m worried about whether reporting this through his chain of command would actually be handled fairly.
What is the proper way to report this? Is there an office outside his unit that would investigate to avoid a conflict of interest? Has anyone been through something similar?
I just want to make sure the report goes through the appropriate channels and is handled impartially.
People recommended OSI but I think that’s also the field he’s working. Not too sure. But he mentioned about it when he talked about work.
