6 months gym progress

I’ve been lifting for 6 months now. I took a break for 1 month because i had exams. Is my progress going well or am i doing something wrong? I started on November 15, 2025. I weighted 63kg when i started, now im 70kg. Im 18 and 5’9ft. Tbh i haven’t been consistent with any quality food i just hit my protein and that’s it. I dont take protien powder because it hurts my stomach. I only take creatine. Any tips would be appreciated!

How to fix dry/frizzy curls?

My curls are often dry and frizzy, and I'm looking for advice on how to improve moisture, definition, and reduce frizz. I have to shower everyday for it to look good. If i skip a few days, it looks like the pics. Is there a way to keep my hair look wet throughout the day? Routine:

• Shampoo: Monday Haircare Moisture Shampoo • Conditioner: Monday Haircare Smooth Conditioner • Leave-in: Camille Rose Leave-In Conditioner

After washing, I apply the leave-in. I dry my hair with a towel and then let it finish drying naturally.

I do not use any gels, mousses, curl creams, oils, or other styling products.

I don't sleep with a bonnet and I use a regular pillowcase.

Any tips on reducing dryness and frizz or improving my routine would be greatly appreciated!
