




6 months gym progress
I’ve been lifting for 6 months now. I took a break for 1 month because i had exams. Is my progress going well or am i doing something wrong? I started on November 15, 2025. I weighted 63kg when i started, now im 70kg. Im 18 and 5’9ft. Tbh i haven’t been consistent with any quality food i just hit my protein and that’s it. I dont take protien powder because it hurts my stomach. I only take creatine. Any tips would be appreciated!
