Does anyone here attend VVS full-time or have VVS as their primary school? I am only taking 2 courses this semester (I am in my final semester of Grade 12 rn so graduating class of 2026) and they are both with VVS (I don’t go to school in-person anymore obv) so I was wondering if there is like a community of students or a group chat or smth that I could join. Also, do they even have a graduation ceremony?? If so, does anyone actually go?
understatement icl imma be very pissed like wtf do you mean almost all other universities that look at essays and extracurriculars on top of grades come out with decisions in march-april but yall can’t fkn send out decisions by may 1st when all you have to do is calculate a simple fkn average??? chud wait times from these guys omfds
Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone has any insight into this and some other questions. It's May 1st and I still haven't received an admissions decision from McGill (self-reported March 4). I'm a Canadian citizen applying from a public high school in Calgary, AB. I know McGill can be slow to send out decisions, but basically every other school has gotten back to me at this point and I'm starting to stress. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Did you eventually hear back, or did you have to reach out to the admissions office directly? I applied to the "Bachelor of Science: Biological, Biomedical and Life Sciences Group" and "Bachelor of Engineering: Bioengineering" and I have attached my self-reported grades. Also, since my school is a little weird and doesn't do report cards, I sent a screenshot of my live PowerSchool grades in those classes as proof of my interims, is there a problem with that? Of course, I also sent my detailed academic report for the rest of the courses. Oh and one last thing, how much can my SS 30-1 and Chem 30 grades drop by before it becomes an issue (if I am admitted)?
