Husband and I will buy a house and lot worth 3.9M with cold hard cash.
Our agreement with the seller is we will pay them 3.9m with cold hard cash then they will deposit it into their bank account. (Seller prefers cold hard cash)
My question is, will the seller’s bank contact us ( buyer ) for questions and supporting docs regarding the 3.9M cash na binayad namin kay seller ? Kasi if yes, so we can prepare.
I don’t answer phone calls kasi na hindi ako familiar sa number, also, para maihanda namin supporting docs if needed.
Does anyone experienced buying a property with cold cash ? Did the seller’s bank call you ? What’s the process po ?

We went to a house viewing last night because we were looking for a house to buy. The seller has a hectic schedule but we managed to see the house last night. I took this photo before we left and then I take a look at it again and noticed something. What do you think is that black round thing at the brown door ?
