DT hiring process and times. AMS position .

I went in for an interview and the first question they asked was what was my manager style like ? Do I like to micro manage etc. I told em no not necessarily micro manage but if I see an employee falling short, not doing things correctly . I like to have a one on one conversation with them and see if it's a training issue , a personal issue or something we can fix easily together . The manager I interviewed with said that was good . And went on to talk about his experiences also bringing up how another managers a dictator and every body hates her etc. are they looking for micro managers? I'm still waiting to hear if I got the job just interviewed 2 days ago and we talked for a good 45 minutes . I thought it went well . he said she has to report back to his DM cause his DM was the one that actually forwarded my resume too him to interview me. cause he was doing all the interviews for another store that really needed asms filled quickly . he said they'll send an offer letter then the link to the background check and then he'll call me . It's only been 2 days since the interview but idk how this goes? I really need the job . Is that how it works? Thanks!

Colorado . GAL Fees. Who pays?

So I'm currently in a dispute with grandmother over guardianship , my ( husband mom) She requested a GAL and the court granted it . Is there any fees or how does that work? Do they have to be paid immediately? New to all this . Also What's the purpose of the GAL ? I know to respect the childs best Interest but are they trained in detecting coaching and lies and things of that nature?
