I’m confused on the difference between bh, lab, panorama, and saule. I want to make sure I’m going to the right place. Thank you.

I had severe acne for a while, then it went away with medication. I used microneedling to get rid of the scars. A couple of months ago, I had a recent flare-up for a little while. Now, my acne has gone away, but I still have some scars. The scars are mainly just dark spots on my face with no texture. Does anyone have a product that could help with this, or am I going to have to do microneedling again?
