About choosing an Yidam and daily practice

Do we need to choose one deity and practice everyday or not?

I see many tibetan buddhist centers with weekly schedules and they never repeat a practice, so they practice Green Tara on monday, Yamantaka on tuesday, Medicine Buddha on wednesday, etc... The above is just an example.

So what does this mean, we don't necessarily practice the same deity everyday?

I know some people have commitments to do the practice everyday so they should do it, but I'm asking if someone doesn't have these type of commitments, we just practice wathever we want?

Vajrakilaya and how he purifies Karma, and what "type of karma" he purifies?

Vajrakilaya is the fierce emanation of Vajrasattva, so this means he is also a purification deity.

But what exactly is this "Karma purification" thing, does this means he purifies our parabdha karma too?

-Parabdha Karma is our past life actions that reflects on our actual lifetime, including all harm we did to other sentient beings that now we need to pay for it.-

I know we can't erase parabdha karma, what I'm asking is if Vajraklaya purifies this so we experience this "bad karma" in a softer way so we can have better things in life and things flow more easily, even if it's for an auspicious next life.

How does Vajrakilaya practice works in this situation?

And Vajrakilaya is a Dharma protector too and have the same function as or Mahakala, Palden Lhamo, etc... or not?

Question on Yantras and Six Yogas of Naropa

To do the Yantras/Trul Khor, the preliminaries for Tummo, do we need to visualize ourselves as the deity or we only visualize as the deity when we will start Tummo?

Rinchen Terzo question

It's coming a greatopportunity to receive the Rinchen Terdzo empowerments, it actually seems to be too good to be true honestly

Do we receive the empowerments of all the deities there, like Mahakala, Red Dzambhala, etc.. All of them?

Hindu Gods Are Real and Buddhist Deities Are Not - Give your opinion on the text below

The text:
(not written by me)

"There are sentient beings in Buddhism that live in god realms - these would include the Hindu deities. They are, supposedly, as real or unreal as you and I. However they are powerful but unenlightened samsaric beings and not sources of refuge and cannot help you become enlightened. Therefore, in Buddhist terms, they are not worth praying to.

Meditational deities such as Tara, are representations of your enlightened mind, in a sense they are more real than your idea of yourself or any god.

I understand that is difficult to comprehend. On the level of relative truth Tara exists as a skillful means - a meditation tool. On the level of absolute truth she is truly existent and no different from your own Buddha nature. She is who you truly are and not a separate entity.

Sadhana meditation therefore becomes a means to realise your true nature not to receive grace or blessing from an all-powerful being (no such things exists). It uses deity worship as a convention but the deity is not a different entity from your Buddha nature."

=============================

EDIT: Sorry for not explaining:

The title is my understanding of the text.

When he says:

"There are sentient beings in Buddhism that live in god realms - these would include the Hindu deities."

This part tells me that Hindu deities does live somewhere and so they are real.

When he says:

"Meditational deities such as Tara, are representations of your enlightened mind"

"On the level of relative truth Tara exists as a skillful means - a meditation tool."

"Sadhana meditation therefore becomes a means to realise your true nature not to receive grace or blessing from an all-powerful being (no such things exists)"

These parts tells me that they are only archetypes or represententations of my own mind, thus not being real.

Is there someone who can look at you and tell you why your life doesn't work out in every aspect(career, relationships, etc...)?

Someone who does this for real? I know there are a lot of fake people around claiming to be able to do this but are fake.

Nothing in my life works out, and when it seems like it will work it doesn't.

This should be some HEAVY past life karma or someone cursed me.
