I have been planning to resign for quite some time. This role is my first job after graduating college but I have been struggling keeping up with the demands of my employer. Every other month, I would be given another duty (not in my job description) with no proper compensation.

I have applied to this role which I really like and is been progressing very positively (still waiting for the schedule of my interview with the clinic managers). Now, it is written in my contract that I have to give the company not less than 30 days notification of my intention to resign before rendering my final working days. I have yet to received an offer from the company I applied to so I’m not sure when is the right time.
