Toe pain/weakness 4 months post op

i’m almost 4 months post op and one thing that has never gone away is the sensitivity and weakness in my toes. i can’t even have a blanket on my toes at night cause the blanket feels too heavy. my PT says my toes feel pretty weak and i have pain and soreness on the top and bottom of my toes and no one can figure out what’s going on 😭 any one else experience this?

FIC cat put on fluoxetine, hasn’t been the same since

hi all! i have a cat recently diagnosed with FIC. he’s always been a very anxious kitty and would sleep in our bed next to us every night and was attached to us. After he had his first FIC flare up (which was the fourth of july) we took him to the emergency vet. after being diagnosed we went to the regular vet and they recommended anxiety medication
he’s only been on fluoxetine for a little over a week but his entire personality has changed. he doesn’t want to cuddle or really want us to touch him, but on the bright side he isn’t sleeping all the time and he’s SUPER playful. all he wants to do is be left alone and play with his laser toy we got him, or run up and down the stairs when we throw his favorite ball. But again, he used to be the most cuddly cat of all time, and now he doesn’t want anything to do with us
is this a good thing? I just can’t tell if he’s actually happy, he seems very energetic but in an anxious way? i’m not sure. I just want my kitty to get better and i want to help him, just worried i could be making things worse on medication. he just doesn’t seem like himself, but again that could be a good thing because maybe he’s not so anxious anymore??

9 weeks post op scar tissue build up

okay not sure if anyone has this but i have scar tissue on certain parts of the scar that is really thick and sensitive. when you run the finger along the scar there are also bumps in a couple areas that hurt to touch? almost feels like a ligament or a vein or something i don’t know how to explain it but if i accidentally hit my foot on ANYTHING and hit one of the bumps it’s excruciating
has anyone delt with this?

i have the kidner surgery this friday. just the kidner. my tendon is in tact so it should be pretty straightforward but i’m absolutely terrified. never been put under before and scared for the pain. any recommendations from anyone who got this surgery on things that helped with your pain besides meds?
