Hey everyone, looking for some urgent advice/hacks.

I have a split booking: Outbound with AirAsia and Return with Thai Lion Air (June 27th, Bangkok to India).

Thai Lion Air just emailed me saying they’ve rescheduled my June 27th flight to June 29th. That’s exactly a 48-hour shift. I absolutely cannot stay two extra days due to some commitments.

The Issues:

1. PNR Not Found: When I try to "Manage Booking" on the Thai Lion Air website to see alternative flights, it says "Booking details cannot be located."
2. OTA Lag: I booked via MakeMyTrip (MMT). Their app still shows the 27th and won't let me modify or raise a claim because their system hasn't "synced" the airline's change yet. its more than 3 days.
3. The Goal: I don't want a refund (refunds take weeks and new tickets are now 2x the price). I want to be moved to an earlier flight on the 27th or 28th, or be protected on another carrier.

Questions:

• Has anyone successfully "forced" Thai Lion Air to move them to a different airline or an earlier flight when they pull this 48-hour move?
• Is there a specific way to get the Thai Lion Air website to recognize a GDS/OTA PNR?
• Since I'm in India right now, are there any direct office numbers that actually answer? (The Indonesian WhatsApp has been a dead end).
