My experience with progress and some questions

Hello, I self diagnosed vaginismus a few years ago. Around 2023 I got my first anal fissure because I was eating a lot outside and got constipated often trying to push to poop. The fissures healed and recurred like twice thrice or even 4 times, not sure how many times over the years. But it was up to a point where I needed surgery to help my body heal them. Due to doctors doing examinations and the pain and the anxiety of pooping altogether gave me so much general anxiety that a gynac diagnosed me with anxiety disorder when I went to check for vaginismus and I wouldn’t let her take a look at my yoohoo. I cried so much and couldn’t even talk for the first few minutes.

Anyway, throughout the fissures occurring and healing, I attempted PIV with my then bf. Not even 1% went in. It burned and stung at the entrance and I didn’t continue after that. That’s when I started researching about this.

Now I’m doing dilators and have progressed to some extent. The dilator size of my fiance’s thing can go in like 1/4th or lesser. I’m still worried and a little confused about how all this solves anxiety filled intimacy though. I have to like warm up with the small dilator, use a lot of lube and angle and blah blah to insert dilator. How are we casually gonna do it (for those who healed)?

And a separate thing: I also inserted a tampon a few days or months ago. It wasn’t so hard tbh. It went in. But removing it was scary, not messy. At first, I tried to tug it out before it was fully absorbed and slippery. It eventually got slippery and I could pull it up to the entrance with no pain. But right when the tampon passed through the entrance, I felt pain. But not intense pain. This makes me wonder if estrogen is low and the entrance is a little weak. Would topical creams work?

I have gone to 3 doctors already. I’m tired to switch to another doctor and explain everything again.

Wet mouth sounds

I can't stand seeing or listening to people speak when they speak like their mouth is too wet from saliva. I know from the sound. They might not even have a wet mouth. Just a sound that sounds like a wet mouth is enough. It's also similar when someone is speaking like they have saliva in their throat like they're speaking without swallowing. Ughhhh. Neil Patel the seo guy for instance
