We were staying at a rental house and it happened there. It was the most traumatic experience of my life not only having to go through it myself but also watch it happen to my best friend. I don’t even know how to begin to heal from this. I just feel so lost right now
In my studies I’ve come to learn more about this addiction and the real problems is causes for so many people. My point in this post is to let you know that if you are struggling with this, there is a road to recovery. Please try and remove the shame and guilt and just focus on the small wins of making it another day without using. There are people out there that can help. I just want to say I’m here if anyone needs me and I wish everyone a successful day and long recovery.
