Still haven't received my April box
I need some help here. I have had a bitch of a time receiving my ipsy boxes in the last few months. Ever since they started sending their packages through amazon my orders now get lost every other month. I have request 2 different replacement orders for my April box and I still haven't received it. I noticed a pattern though, it always gets to the amazon fulfillment center closest to me and then it disappears. Every single box has been this way. No problems the entire way until it gets to that center. I really don't want to unsubscribe but I'm tired of paying just to no receive my orders.
