So, I recently discovered about racism and Islamophobia in TGCF ....I also discovered Starember.

Can someone give me a clear picture of what exactly happened with the Banyue arc and Starember?

What r ur own personal opinions and did MXTX and Starember addressed these issues in any interview? If yes , what did they say? Send me the link of the interview if possible.

Also there was one scene with red skinned people who chased Wind Master and Xie Lian and people said it's stereotyping native Americans...I honestly didn't think much of it while reading....I thought they were supposed to be dangerous ghosts...

I think it's mentioned that they became like that due to bad luck (correct me if I am wrong?)

Almost all the bl pairs do this "possessive boyfriend" fanservice such as, covering their partner's waist, not letting them dance in front of the camera, zipping up their coats and swim suits, covering them whenever they r wearing revealing clothes...and the fandom is like "omg he is so possessive 😭🤌 chill he is yours🫢" (Ref. to LatteKim and many more)

It is kinda annoying as if it were a real life relationship, specially between a boy and a girl and if the boy did the same to the girl the reactions would have been very different...it would be labelled as "controlling behavior" which it actually is....

Now I know that this is just fanservice but it feel as if controlling behavior is being romanticised in the name of fanservice and it makes me so uncomfortable...relationships r not supposed to be cages....ur partner is not supposed to decide if u get to dance or what u wear....

Am I overthinking or does anyone feels the same?

I have seen a lot of people discussing about inheriting Xie Lian's bad luck after cosplaying him, putting up his sticker or setting his pic as pfp.

Many of them joke about it while others seem to be kind of real about inheriting the bad luck.

So the thing is, I love Xie Lian very much and I love to put him as my pfp or wallper. Last year I set HuaLian as my wallpaper, I got a part time job, healed from anxiety (since last year, I have made an immense progress in my mental health). But I also experienced quite a lot of bad luck, my grandma's leg broke, she also caught an infection and was admitted 3 times, during that time my exams were going(we got really less time for that sem) but I passed my semester with good marks. Later I also got scammed and lost a lot of money.

This year, I have put up a pfp of Wind master and Xie Lian as my WhatsApp pfp(I love that pic sm) and all of a sudden, semester exam dates were announced and we barely have 2 weeks....

I am genuinely asking u guys, is it really real or just a joke? Cuz im really worried ngl. Pls don't jest in the comments, I request 🙏

When the truth about Xie Lian >!killing LQQ's father!< was revealed, Xie Lian had a mental breakdown, I really felt bad for him and wanted to hug him, Hua Cheng knew Xie Lian to his core so he understood when Xie Lian exploded and grabbed his collar with tears in his eyes. The look on Hua Cheng's eyes was really painful to watch, but the way he didn't say a thing and kept looking at Xie Lian, becz he understood his pain 🥹🥹🥹.

To all the committed people in this subreddit...have u ever had a moment like this where u emotionally exploded, grabbed your partner but your partner just understood you and comforted you?. I want to keep my belief in love alive 💖
