hi guys
I'm extremely confused about the time skip in the last episode of TTH. if Bart and Tanrak were 17-18 in 1996, aren't they supposed to be like in their late 40s in 2026? I mean they tried to make the priest and Tanrak's friend seem older, but no one else
i mean I could believe them being 30, but 48??
Today they uploaded baabinbua's poster from gelboys s2. I'm so intrigued about whats going to happen
I think, and this is just my opinion, that we need to talk about Ticket to Heaven, and more specifically about who financed it.
When I started the series, I thought it would be about how LGBTQ people deal with religion. As someone from a Muslim family who is not out yet, I expected a story about two gay men struggling to be accepted by their Christian surroundings. Maybe they would eventually leave religion to fully be themselves, maybe not, but I don’t think that’s actually what’s happening.
In a way, yes, there is that conflict, especially with Tanrak struggling to choose between God and Barth. But I feel — and again, this is only my opinion — that the series comes across more as Christian propaganda.
The message seems to be: “You can be who you are, God will accept you, follow what you believe is right, and God will support you.” That’s a positive mindset, and that’s not my issue with it.
My issue is that this is not what many LGBTQ people experience in real life. With the rise of conservatism around the world, I know I’m turning a series into a broader discussion, but I think it’s relevant.
The show had the opportunity to explore such an important topic in a more realistic way. It could have shown the actual struggles of being gay in a religious environment: trying to make peace with yourself, dealing with rejection, and fighting to be accepted by the people around you.
Most of us know that many LGBTQ people face rejection from their families, friends, and communities. But I don’t think that’s the direction this series is going to take. Instead, I feel like it is more focused on encouraging people to stay within religion, even when many of the teachings they have grown up with are used against them.
And that’s also why I think we should discuss who financed the series. Maybe it has something to do with the direction the story is taking.
I know the series isn’t finished yet, and my opinion could change depending on how it ends. But based on what I’ve seen so far, that’s how I interpret it.
In conclusion, I feel like the show presents an idealized version of what LGBTQ people experience in religious communities rather than the reality many of us face. With such an important topic, and considering the budget and effort that clearly went into the production, I think they could have gone further and explored those realities in a deeper and more honest way.
But that’s just how I see it. Maybe I’m wrong, and I’d genuinely be interested to hear other perspectives. And since English isn’t my first language, I hope I managed to explain my thoughts clearly.
Just some context, my mum would rather see me doing EVERYTHING other than being on the phone for dramas and so on. And I'm almost 19 btw.
On top of that, I'm on a gap year which is almost abt to finish.
When my mum was away for holidays, I would binge watch bls like Love in the moonlight, flower boy and so many more AND I LOVED EVERY MOMENT.
But now that she is back, and no one knows I'm my house and siblings that I watch BLs,
HOW CAN I WATCH BLs?
Specially the ones that are TTH, payback the series, deep in, prosecutor's proposal.
I'll be going university which is quite far and won't be moving out, wo I'm thinking so fcking hard on how to watch it.
It hurts so bad. 😭😭🤣🤣
Like I'm stuck but like how am I supposed to watch them series?
If I'm to watch one episode in the morning during uni time, I'd be thinking abt the srires the whole day.
I still can't believe thay I'm missing out on payback, don't be too emotional AND MANY MORE .
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🤣😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣
Like, half the time it's not even cheek kisses...it's just their nose touching the other person's cheek. Is there any particular reason or is it another type of cheek kiss?
Hi everyone!

I HATE MYSELF FOR WATCHING THIS SERIES WHILE ITS AIRING 😭
NOW I can't wait every Saturday just like khemjira. The budget is on Top and the actors literally came out from Manhwa. I hope it gets more attention cuz it deserves to be one of the popular series 💞
Toptap and Minlee are my top 2 now. 😭😭 I'm literally obssessed watching the latest episode that I woke up from 2am and watch it for like 3 times.
Happy Birthday na khab 💗🎀 phuwin khab ✨❄️

Though i don't mind, he's cute!
He’s been prolific in many Bls and I’ve heard him in a lot recently.
Thanks for all these years Boy!
Well... this is my second post about this series on this sub. 😭 The first one was after episode 4 because I couldn't stop thinking about it, and now that I've finished all 6 episodes, I somehow have even more to say.
Honestly, what an incredible journey 🫠
It's been a long time since a series has stayed on my mind like this. Usually, once I finish a show, I move on after a day or two. But Ticket to Heaven is different. Even after the finale, I keep remembering conversations, little expressions, quiet moments, and scenes that completely broke me.
What makes this series stand out for me is that nothing feels accidental. Every frame looks beautiful, the soundtrack always knows exactly when to step in, and the performances never once feel exaggerated. Everything feels genuine, and because of that, every emotion lands exactly the way it's supposed to.
Gemini and Fourth absolutely amazed me 😩. I've always loved watching them together, but this series brought out something new in both of them. There was so much honesty and vulnerability in their performances that it never felt like I was watching actors it felt like I was watching two people trying to find their way through everything life was throwing at them.
Another thing I really appreciated was how respectfully the series approached religion and faith. I'm not from that faith myself, but I loved getting to understand parts of it through this story. It never came across as preachy or sensationalized. Instead, it treated those beliefs with kindness and sincerity, which made the whole experience feel even more meaningful.
This show had me feeling every possible emotion. One moment I was smiling like an idiot, the next I was trying not to cry, and then there were scenes where I just sat there in silence after the credits rolled because I needed time to process everything.
The writing deserves so much credit too. Every character felt like a real person with their own struggles, and every conflict had weight behind it. Nothing felt there just for drama it all served the story, and that's something I really appreciated.
After episode 4, I remember saying that if the last two episodes could maintain the same level of quality, this might become one of my favourite series ever.
Now that it's over, I can confidently say it did exactly that.😌
For me, Ticket to Heaven wasn't just another BL. It was a story about love, faith, family, hope, and finding yourself, and it handled all of those themes so beautifully.
I genuinely don't think I'll ever get tired of talking about this series. What a beautiful, emotional, unforgettable journey.
Thank you to everyone who brought this story and bringing Barth and Tanrak to life. ❤️🥹
Today they uploaded the first couple poster from gelboys s2! There is speculation that fou4mod might become an idol this season
I am literally 339 pages in and only the act 1 is completed where little Jane gets his finger pricked 🥀
ALSOOO I feel like the drama is wayyy better than the novel. The novel is a little over the place. The Harvard thing about big Jane gets revealed in a very vague and confusing way in novel while the reveal in drama had a more constructed angle.
If y'all have any doubt or questions about the novel feel free to ask 😝✌🏻
I am waiting for
i) How To survive My CEO: I love the storyline so much with the age gap and the cast choice looks really good. Also i love the plot CEO X Intern.
ii) You Maniac: Looking forward to this! It looks like both are red flags and i love some angst.
iii) Roommate Chaos: I am waiting for this as i loved P10L and We are. I am here for the comedy and romance
What are yours and suggest me more to watch and add in my watchlist
I was never really a fan of Fourever You. JohanNorth and ArthitDao arc were somewhat interesting. The destined love and the supernatural trope were nice. But still, the series was a fun watch. I don't know what happened to the director, maybe he got bored or spent too much emotion for the other couples, I was really disappointed. At first when TigerNao appeared during the HillEaster arc, I thought there was going to be more chemistry. But they felt really flat. And slowburn was not slowburning the way it should have. I had to skip ahead a lot to finish it. Am I the only one to feel this? I saw good reviews so I thought it was a hit.
