Is DMAT compulsory for those whose B.Tech isnt yet complete?

As the title said , my 7th semester starts in 3 weeks, and I was planning on applying for APS as soon as I get my 6th semester transcript in hand. Now, with this new DMAT thing, do I also have to give it? Youtube videos said its only for those who have completed more than 7 semesters, so did Google Ai, but on the official website, it doesnt say so specifically anywhere. It DOES mention its for those whose "PREVIOUS" degrees were in a particular field, but it doesnt mention people with ongoing bachelor's being exempt from it. So could anyone tell?

my_qualifications: entering 4th year

side note: this entire thing is just so blatantly a cash grab. I am all for an examination based certificate, one that judges a candidate's merit, but between GRE TOEFL DMAT and APS, you are just spending 60-80k, maybe more depending on whether you buy practise materials or not.

Clarification with Mechanical Engineering, where and what to do

my_qualifications

  1. Tier 1 engineering college, 3rd year over with 7.5 CGPA (increasing trend, expected 8 by graduation)
  2. Summer internship at Indian Army EME
  3. Research paper in review (Scopus Q3)
  4. Planning on giving GRE and TOEFL in the next 25 days; GRE ETS mock test scores so far: 322 and 327
  5. Ongoing project under a prof related to developing a new EV charging infrastructure.
  6. Former project related to analysing thermal breakup of fuel drops on hydrophobic and hydrophilic surfaces.
  7. 2 years in Formula Student in my college's team

Now, I am planning on applying for a master's, for admissions in autumn next year. The issue is I have come across so much convoluted information online, and I don't have many people I know who have actually gone through with a master's in this field.
Questions

  1. About colleges, most of my info has come from YouTube and online,
So far, I am thinking of applying to Chalmers, the University of Stuttgart, RWTH, and the Karlsruhe Institute. These are all colleges I know I will definitely apply to. The issue is that online I have heard so many mixed reviews on MUNER, Oxford Brookes, and others; I am very confused. For mechanical, particularly automobile engineering, which colleges should I apply to? Should I alter my list? And based on my qualifications, should I decrease my expectations of unis which would realistically give me an admit?

  2. What more should I do for qualifications? So many people have said differing things; should I look for another internship? I will get one from Jan to May next year, that much I know, so for German applications I will be able to put that in my application, not so much for those whose applications end before Jan next year. Should I focus more on SOPs, or look for more projects on campus?

  3. Should I also apply to Singapore and American unis? My aim is to just work at the best possible level of Mechanical engineering/ Automotive engineering I can, cause i really like this branch.

  4. What about an MSc in Motorsports engineering? Is it an emerging branch, and is it worth pursuing? Am very interested in automobiles, but not as much (though still fairly) in Motorsports.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

How does Sem2 thesis work

So I know that if you opt to go thesis in sem 1, you get 20 credits if it starts from end of June/ start of July, and 16 if it starts from August. What about Sem 2, is the option of 20 credits available still?

I initially thought that the snap was her neck breaking, that does seem to be a very standard vader provided death service. However you do hear her scream for about a second after that snap. I'm not sure if that is possible with a broken neck, so it was probably some other bone, or the armour being crushed.
