Heister tier list based on their significance to the lore
S-Most significant heisters in the series. I refuse to elaborate further for obvious reasons.
A-Heisters who are overshadowed by the S tier heisters but still important. You can consider Houston and Joy A+ Because Houston was much more important until the Hoxton Breakout and Joy managed to become such a significant character in a short period of time
B-Heisters who took part in some pivotal moments of the game or canonically helped the gang during the heists
C-Took part in some moments of the game and that's it
D-Took part in some moments of the game but they wouldn't make any difference if they didn't joined the Payday Gang
Ethan and Hila-As far as I know they didn't canonically appeared in any heist.
