I am going to sound like a Karen but can anything be done about an inconsiderate neighbor and his motorcycle? This is an adult in his 40s. He continuously revs his bike up and drives around and around the block. Does not go anywhere. Then he leaves it running on the sidewalk while he goes inside..This is ongoing and has been going on now since May. Yes he has a right to his motorcycle but he is annoying a lot of people for his overly loud pleasure
