Guys , I have received an offer letter from hcl but the compensation is not what I had discussed with hr, now hcl hr emailed me that there is some process due to which they have certain numbers of offer letters they can release monthly and this months ols has been released, so she will update the offer letter in next month and reshare it. Can I take it as a confirmation and put resignation in my organisation? Please suggest

It's so expensive, i spoke to a broker and in B1 he has 1bhk semi furnished for 23k ... 2months deposit and 1 month rent as brokrage.
