Have several of these trees in my yard and wanted to make sure they are mulberries

This is all over the flower beds of my new house. Is it a weed or was it planted? It looks intentionally planted

I have poison ivy all over my new property but Im not 100% on this one. It doesn't have the mitten look to it, but seems to have all thw other characteristics. Growing up a tree with scraggly roots digging into the bark

Friends just bought a house and this was in one of the bathrooms. And no, not wet rated or on a GFCI. It's about 12" from the shower head.
