Townhouse with 8mo, yes or no?

We are planning to move out of our current apartment when my baby is almost 8mo, we have two options: a 2 bedroom 1bath apartment, or a 2bedroom townhouse with 1.5 bath.
The townhome offer bigger rooms and living area, but the other apartment is 100$ cheaper + comes with fully covered utilities (almost 200$ per month) and is a little bit closer to where we work and is in a nicer neighborhood with a lake in 5 min walking distance for afternoon/evening walks. The downside is that it is pretty much smaller than the townhome.
Which one would be a better option for my family? Is it going to be lots of going ups and downs the stairs? Or just for naps?
How much bigger space matters at this stage?

Edit to add: thank you so much everyone for sharing your experiences and advice! I love how helpful reddit is! It never disappoints.

I need to get my supply back so bad

Hi mamas, I am 4months postpartum and this Monday, my boss cause me a big stress and anger and on Tuesday as well. I felt huge dip in my supply after that 😞 has anyway experienced that? How can I increase my supply now?
My baby has CMPA and doesn’t take formula, we are going through sleep regression at the same time, so baby sleeps less and demands more feed when I am at the lowest milk production stage 😞
I am stressed for work and milk supply, I don’t get enough sleep, and I am so devastated
PS: I exclusively pump, I used to get over 30oz a day last week, now I barely get to 22-24 oz.
