I graduated from the Information Technology and did Honors (Major) in AIML offered by the University of Mumbai. I gave the exams, submitted projects and gave vivas as well, so that the extra credits could be to my advantage. But when I applied for transcripts, I just got my IT subjects and their credits, not a single mention of my AIML honors. Even though it is clearly printed on my Degree Certificate in a branch section - Information Technology and Major in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
So before raising this issue to the college, I first confirmed with the University of Mumbai whether the honors course subjects and grades are printed on transcripts. They responded, Of course it is and should be printed. To which I said, but my college didn't. They responded then you should go to your college and raise this matter.
Went to college and explained the whole scenario. They said, but Honors marksheet is not provided to us by the University of Mumbai, how can we provide the transcripts of that. I said University of Mumbai itself gave the confirmation that the honors course should be printed on the transcripts. And after all why I gave exams and prepared for that course by putting extra hours if I am not going to earn credits for that? Now what, they just give me further dates, and when visiting, saying the exam department head is not present at the moment.
What should I do in this situation?
