Make extra payments on loan

Hi guys I have a loan question. I have a car loan with rbc and I have pre authorized payments set from my external bank account. I originally didn’t have an account with rbc, only the loan. I wanted to make a one time payment for my loan, in addition to my scheduled payments. I couldn’t find a way to do that so called RBC support and I was told that I can’t do that, either I call them every time I want to make additional payments and they’ll take money out of my bank account they have on file or I create an RBC account and then I can make payments from the app. The guy told me creating accounts is very easy takes 5 to 7 mins, I agreed and he kept me on the call for a full hour saying one last question and one more question and thanks for your patience, after 10 mins it’s kinda sunk cost thing and I waited and had my account created. Then he told me I will still have to go to a branch to activate my account, so I could just go to the branch and create the account there , the entire thing was a waste of time. But I did that also , at that point nothing else I can do. But after I activated my account I still can’t make payments from the app? I called the helpline again and this time I was told they’ll take the money out of my rbc account since called them but I still can’t make payments from the app myself. So was the first guy blatantly lying to just get me to create an account with him on the phone so he gets some sort of incentive ? Or am I missing something? It seems very stupid that I can’t do such a simple thing from the app/online and have to call them and waste 30 mins every single time I want to make a payment. Thanks I appreciate any suggestions on how I can make the process easier. I’m very frustrated.

Tune for 2021 Acura tlx?

2021 Acura TLX Platinum — Should I tune it with KTuner?
I recently bought a used 2021 Acura TLX Platinum (2.0T). I’ve noticed that the car can feel a little slow with throttle response in certain situations. Nothing terrible, but having a bit more pep would be nice.
I started looking into tuning and came across KTuner. Since I bought the car second-hand and don’t have a dealer or extended warranty, I’m not too concerned about potentially voiding a warranty. However, I’m more concerned about reliability. I plan on keeping this car for a long time, so I don’t want to do anything that could significantly increase the chances of premature wear or engine/transmission failure.
A few questions for anyone who has experience tuning these cars:
Is KTuner worth it on the 2021 TLX 2.0T?
How much of a difference does it actually make, especially in throttle response and overall performance?
How risky is it for long-term reliability?
How difficult is it to install and tune myself?
What problems or issues should I expect after tuning?
Does a tune cause any issues during Canadian winters?
Are there any legal/emissions issues with tuning a car in Ontario?
Is there anything specific I should know before doing it?
For context, I’m definitely not an aggressive driver. I usually drive like a grandma and maybe go 5–10 km/h over the speed limit. 😂 The main reason I’m considering a tune is honestly because it sounds cool and I want to try it, rather than because I’m trying to drive the car hard or race it. Also I’m not trying to add any physical mods to the car, it would just be stock with a stage 1 tune.
Would love to hear from anyone who has tuned a TLX 2.0T, especially if you’ve had the tune for a few years and can speak to long-term reliability.
