I feel like there has to be a built-in stretch effect, I just don’t know what it’s called. If there’s not a built-in effect for this, I would love to know how to replicate this.

Found this reel on Instagram, I believe he used a physical piece of corrugated plastic. Is it possible to get this effect just with editing? Specifically slicing your subject into multiple pieces and spreading them out just a little bit.
