My husband is Gc holder in USA soon to be US citizen we both are Nepali , However i have marriage certificate of India , we got married in India and get marriage certificate there , however none of us are tied to India .we are not legally registered in Nepal as couple , I want to go to Australia as student but the problem is marriage certificate ,since we both are Nepali , how that will be a problem to student visa since he will be funding me in education .
I am in stresss please some one help me
