Is it possible to live in Roorkee with my intern stipend(12k) ?

I am a sophomore and I currently have 2 summer internships at hand . The problem is both are startups , both are incubated at the same instituition , both of them do work which aligns with my skills and future aspirations . One is offering me 10k and other 12k. How to reject one of them and can i use my other offer as leverage to increase my stipend?

So I will be interning this summer(June-July) at an IIT Roorkee incubated startup . Is it possible for me to get on campus accommodation and maybe even a mess subscription? And how much would it cost?

VCs really emphasise on achieveing a "founder-market fit" - having a unfair insight into the problem you are solving and also being able to convince others how you are the best person to solve this problem . But being a college student , how does someone get some deep and unique insight into a domain and how does he/she convince a VC that they are the best person to solve the problem without having any experience?
