I played his faction after a week of playing with him and was wondering is this normal to build this at the start of game. It seems very Op. He claims is just a little, but i feel that getting all this free stuff and and paying for its own upkeep is very broken. It only takes up 2 slots from a planet or like it.

Main question. Is this Op or not?

Also what specifically makes it Op? if so

Edit: Thank you All for the comments and Discussion about the mod. and its place in the Op or Not categories. He likes the looks of the models and the ship designs. He does build one of the buildings. and we now understand that the mod locks certain aspects of Tech behind ascension perks.

I personally don't care if he plays it or not as we only play Co-op(diffrent Factions) and not vs. I wanted to point it out to him that his mod is making him stronger than us early game compared to vanilla and DLC's.
