Wala kasi ako makitang mga job posting for law subjects, mostly mga Gen Ed subjects nakikita ko. For law schools naman, I heard na by invitation basis. Lastly, how much ang expected pay for college law profs and law school profs?
Hi everyone. Last January 2026 I applied for a BDO Auto Loan, and surprisingly, I was approved within just two (2) days. Back then, hindi pa talaga ako ready to purchase a car, I just “tested” how applying for financing worked. Hindi ko naman inexpect na approved agad, they never even asked me for documents.
Now, ready na ako to get a car. Back then, the Loan Officer told me to just call him when ready na ako and he will process the renewal/reinstatement of approval, which I did this Monday lang, kasi na ka leave daw siya ngayon so di ko ma contact to ask some further questions. Earlier today someone from BDO called me and asked the same questions noong nag apply ako, and it seemed like I will have to undergo the same process as if new application, although I’m not sure.
May mga kagaya ko ba here na nagpa-renew or reinstate ng approval sa BDO? How long did it take? More importantly, sure ba yung re-approval?

Dilemma ko to now. My partner and I have been thinking of buying a car kaso not sure if we should get a second hand or brand new.
For context, my partner and I both have stable jobs. I earn 80k net (I also have a private law practice on the side, although hindi naman every month may client), while she earns a minimum of 70k net (her income is not fixed, it can be higher on some months). Our household expenses totals to 30k maximum na and inclusive of rent, electricity, groceries, etc. that gives us a total net income of 150k minimum, and a total disposable income of 120k per month.
If you would look at it kaya naman ang brand new car. In fact, we’re thinking of just getting a Honda City which would have a 16k monthly payments (exclusive of gas, parking and maintenance). Now ang issue ay may trauma ako with repossession of cars since noong student pa lang ako my parents’ car was repossessed and I had to watch them beg the collectors not to.
Ang daming what ifs sa utak ko as an overthinker like what if mawalan ako ng work, etc. Kaya rin siguro kinoconsider ko ang second hand para walang monthly payments.

Information was already filed and arraignment already scheduled. What we filed with the Office of the Prosecutor for Preliminary Investigation purposes was a Complaint-Affidavit.
The Expedited Rules kasi, when I reviewed, said na if filed via Information, dapar naka attach na yung JAs of the private complainant and witnesses. Although I know naman na yung Complaint-Affidavit can be treated as a JA, I still would like to file a proper JA just for good measure.
Mag iissue ba ang court ng order requiring us to file a JA? Kelan ba dapat finafile for crim cases covered by the Expedited Rules?
