



Recomp? Stick to cut?
I am unsure what to do at this point , I don’t want to lose muscle and I’ve been wanting to lose fat and unwanted areas and gain vascularity. I’ve been on a cut since March starting from 150lbs, I got to 143lbs last week I don’t know what happened to where I am now and sitting at 145.6 for the past two weeks AFTER I struggled with being stuck at that number for three weeks before even hitting 143lbs. My diet was 1660 calories, eating 150g of protein every day, I’m 5’5 female. I was consistently still being able to lift the same if not more but recently the past 3 weeks I feel weak in some areas like my bench has gone down significantly :(. Everything else has been going up though or has stayed the same. Do I up calories to 1800 for near maintenance?? Here’s flexed and unflex photos.
I do weightlifting 5x a week, 30 min cardio sessions 4-5x a week after lifting.
