I haven't being diagnosed with any intolerances but sometimes food just makes me so nauseous and sometimes I will vomit. Say pasta, dumplings, mash potatoes etc this is just some examples. Not eating loads even if I have a small amount some things just do not settle well with me. I can feel unwell the whole day after eating certain things. I do get really bad bloating. Just curious if anyone else gets this with certain foods? Do you have intolerances?
- I would not like medical help. GP appointment is booked in with another dr. I would just like experiences from anyone who has similar or any issues like this. I knoe intolerances are so common these days.
I am an ADHD girly so can get a bit messy with my witchcraft 🤣 so I found the best thing for me to have a some what easy magic session is to organise best I can.
This is one of my herb chests, each is labelled and ready to use for any spell I need. I also have a list of each herb I actually own with what I can use it for in my book of shadows so it makes it super easy doing spellwork. Each time I get a new herb I add it in.
I now have a little journal for my handbag to add lists of things I own so when I visit a witchy store I don't grab the same. I have got medowsweet 3 times now because I forgot I owned it 🤣 how do you organise yourself?
Hey everyone ✨️
Let’s have a book recommendation for the day: Intuitive Witchcraft by Astrea Taylor.
I had never heard of this one until five months ago and ordered it right away. It’s been sitting there for a few months, and I’ve finally picked it up. I’m halfway through and really enjoying it. This book is great for both beginners and those who have been practising for a long time, like me. It’s all about using your intuition in your magic and harnessing your own energy for powerful spells — something every witch needs to master. It’s also full of little exercises to try.
There’s so much information packed in — magical tools, working with deities, and more. It feels like it’s made for any witch. This book is so good for helping you to achieve strong magic.
Give it a go and see what you think! I have a big collection of books. In the last few months alone, I’ve ordered over 30 more and am slowly working my way through them. I’ll try to share more recommendations here when I can. ☺️
Had a lovely reading today for Samhain (in Australia) just a what my year will hold kinda thing. Anyway in the sprit of powerful divination, what decks do you recommend me? I got this one forever ago and this was my first time using it. Not sure on this one yet, I am not loving the changes on the minor arcana I know alot of decks do this as I have a few but I am stuck in my ways as I have a vintage Rider-waite deck 🤭 what decks are everyone's favourites that stick to the suits wands, swords, pentacles and cups?
Hey everyone. I’ve been a witch since I was a teenager. I now have young children, and I’ve slowly been teaching them about what I believe in. My 6-year-old is very open to it — she’s learning about Jesus at school but is really curious about my practice.
We did our first little spell together a couple of weeks ago because she asked me to 😍 She wanted to do a friendship spell and make a dream bag for good dreams. She also wanted to document it in her own little spell book, and it was such a special moment.
Do you share your practice with your children? Do they enjoy doing these things with you?
Samhain is celebrated on the 30th of April- 1st May. When we are shifting from Autumn 🍂 to winter. This is such an important time of year to celebrate the people who have passed on reflecting on the cycle of death and rebirth. The veil is thin making it easier for us to communicate with our ancestors.
Its the time to celebrate, remember and let the new begin. Creating an altar for ancestors is a perfect way to remember them. Cooking a yummy meal and setting a place for them at the table is also another way to celebrate.
This is a great time of year for:-
Release the past, focus on your future.
Leave offerings of apples, pumkins, sweetes.
Do shadow work.
Set intentions for the year ahead.
Reflect on your year and prepare for winter.
Divination work.
Protection work.
Create an ancestor altar.

Its Samhain tomorrow in Australia. So very excited, obviously will be taking my time to honour loved ones. But what spells does everyone enjoy to do on Samhain? I am going to be doing a protection for when I am out of home spell and some other things I want to do.
