I'm having a problem with AutoGlass UK. I have a policy with Admiral, a comprehensive premium policy, paid in advance for the entire year. I want to replace my car's windscreen because it cracked. Their partner is AutoGlass. Admiral says my policy covers replacement and only requires me to pay an excess of £115, but AutoGlass claims my policy doesn't cover it. Contacting Admiral is almost impossible, and I just sent an inquiry to AutoGlass. Has anyone had a similar problem
