I read a lot on my e reader but I was missing the bookshelf in my life. So I decided to re buy the books I really enjoyed I in physical form. This is it after two years.

Ich hatte mir die Jubiläums delux Edition von black matter von Blake Crouch bei Amazon vorbestellt. Beworben waren unter anderem ein bedruckter Buchblock sowie Grafik im Vorsatz. Zu meiner Enttäuschung kam das Buch nicht nur ohne dies an sondern auch die Druck Qualität des Buchcovers war Arsch. Habe mir das Geld zurück geben lassen und bei einem normalen Buchladen bestellt. Das gelieferte Buch hat eine ganz andere Qualität. Glänzend und metallische Elemente, hohe Qualität sowie die beworbenen Features.

Beide Bücher haben die selbe ISBN Nummer und gleicher Preis. Das von Amazon ist jedoch printed on demand in Deutschland by Amazon. Habe ein weiteres Buch von mir mit ähnlicher Qualität überprüft und in der Tat, printed in demand by Amazon Poland. Nie wieder.

So after three years the elastic on my key case broke from normal wear and tear. Ridge was quick to send me a complete new one as a replacement (greatly appreciated). After six months of use I noticed that the new paint wears off much more quickly compared to my old key case that I used for three whole years. Guess I'll switch out the elastic and continue to use my old one again.
