Siren Queen tattoo by Deanna James; Eden Studio

Just got back from Dallas where I sat for this AMAZING piece at Eden Studios by Deanna James. I am head over heels. Cannot wait to finish the sleeve!! 🥹🥹 This was immediately after the end of day two and it's healing beautifully!!

Which one for the black

I made these very subtle 🤣 sneakers and am trying to decide for the black, do I do black diamond (more understated) or the black AB? What do we think? I tried to show them on, but it didn't come out great.

Which one goes here?

I'm using AB stones on the toe/heel caps and the shoelace surrounds. Opal on everything else. The part where the arrow points is what I'm unsure of. It's not part of the lace surround, but still feels separate from the body due to the stitching and padding. What stones would you put there.

I made the right choice?

I've (52F) been dating a guy (51M) for about 8 weeks. Super long story short, his intensity was too much for me and made me feel pressured (he often sent long rambling texts about how much he liked me and how into me he was). About 6 weeks in we had a long talk where I tried to share with him that due to a rape in my past I move slowly and take time to be vulnerable with a partner. I don't disclose this fact about my past often but it felt relevant because he had told me that my lack of intimacy was making him feel insecure and bad about himself. The talk didn't go as great as I'd hoped but he did get it in the end and told me I had the reins from here on out.

This past weekend we had what I thought was a really nice evening. A fun dinner. Played a trivia game after. Cuddled, made out, and then he left around 11. The next morning I get a long text about how he NEEDS skin to skin contact with me and that he can't help his needs and he has to be true to himself. We went for coffee and ended up in an argument. He monologued for 15 minutes about being true to himself and needing what he needs and refusing to apologize for it. Then at the very end he hits me with "I know a man in your past did something bad but maybe you need to get therapy to work through that so you don't project that onto other men." I was instantly furious. I told him "that is one of the shittiest things anyone has ever said to me" and I got up and left. Blocked him by the time I got to my car. FWIW I did go to therapy for over a year to work on that and I think I'm a pretty balanced person. But I think I need internet strangers to tell me I did the right thing here?
