Go on, choose the Hammer.

  1. The amount of sheer joy you will experience when swinging this thing around is unbeatable - the bonk sound is perfect and when coupled with mace spec the stuns make the game more fun!
  2. Is it a lot worse than the axe you may ask? Personally I have barely felt a difference between axe and this hammer. I was grouped up with other warriors with the axe and our damage was very similar. Admittedly, the axe will give a higher top end crit but my overall kill speed feels pretty much the same.
  3. RP value: On a tauren or dwarf, a big two handed mace simply makes better sense and feels right.
  4. There is a part of you saying; will I regret my choice? Simply put, no you will not. You'll be having too much fun bonking mobs on the head
  5. This is a weapon you will eventually replace (usually 10-15 lvls) regardless of which type you pick, so just choose it and dont look back
