Moving to Dublin - rent costs?

Evaluating a Career Move to Dublin

I am currently reviewing an offer for a finance role in Dublin that comes with a substantial salary increase compared to my current position in Sweden. However, my current housing situation in Gothenburg is exceptionally advantageous; I hold a prime first-hand contract for a top-floor, two-bedroom apartment for just €700 a month.

To mitigate the high cost of moving to Ireland, my plan is to relocate with a friend and split a two-bedroom apartment. Since the company is located in the Dublin Docklands, our strong preference is to live within walking distance of the office.

A preliminary online search shows two-bedroom listings in that area ranging from €2,200 to €3,000 per month. Is this price bracket truly what we should expect, or is it realistic to find a decent two-bedroom apartment under €2,000 relatively close to the Docklands if we dig deep enough?

Swede offered job in finance - tax?

If i get a yearly salary of 82 000 EUR gemini says:

Is it really that much tax?

Strategy to add density and improve too many multis in the hairline?

When i style my hair with toppik (do you think this creates inflammation?) my hairloss is not noticeable. Ive done 1800 FUE 8 years ago.
Ive got a strong Donor Ive heard.

I want to go to a DR thats good for diffuse thinnimg and be able to add singles in the hairline/repair

Best clinic for 3000 grafts preferably near europe but open to travel

Not gonna mention any clinic name since the post gets autobanned

In my research, a swiss clinic seems to be the closest clinic to where I live, and it offers the best bang for the buck + reasonable waiting times I think they charge around 15,000 CHF for 3,000 grafts.

It is somewhat pricey, though, so is it reasonable to look for someone close to their skill and consistency for cheaper? I don't want to go to Turkey; I've already done my hairline at a well renowned clinic there and wasn't completely happy with the results due to too many multi-grafts in the hairline.

My hair loss is somewhat diffuse and I need to strengthen my crown and temples. Because of this, I need a skillful doctor who can work in between my existing hair without killing the live follicles.

Can someone point me toward other options? I'd prefer to spend around €10,000 max, but I could stretch my budget to spend the extra money if it is truly worth it!

Issues digesting raw butter lube formula?

I started doing the lube formule with raw eggs (even did 6 raw eggs) + raw honey + lemon - no issues with digestion at all!

And now when I finally got raw butter even if I just add 20 grams room temp I get loose stools.
Too much liquid fat…

Anyone with the same problems?

Raw milk Quality Uruguay?

So I live in sweden and drink raw milk there that tastes a lot sweeter than this one that was almost salty. Ive sipped a bit and do I know if Im safe digestion wise? Wait 2hrs?

Edit: 4 hours in and I feel feel good after drinking roughly 1 litre.

This seems rare, but have bought the highest quality eggs non GMO - soy free - pasture raised free range and still have issues.

If I eat the whole egg raw i get loose stools within 30 mins.

If I eat the yolk only, I get a brain fog depression that lasts for 2-3 hours.

This is so unfortunate since eggs would make this diet so much easier…

Anyone with similar experiences?
