A loud blast is heard and its pressure wave is felt for a good eighth of a mile. Windows shatter a few blocks around the source. Sirens of all kinds blare and a swarm of lights flash, racing down Ocean drive to an orange glow at it's end. A few minutes later the radio show late nights with Lennie comes out over radios all over the city.
"I'm receiving reports of an explosion at the KL. Authorities are asking everyone to avoid the area for their own safety. I hope as many people as possible made it to safety. I'll keep updating everyone as I get new information."
Investigators were dispatched and were able to ascertain that a group of interest known as the Sabbat was responsible. It is suspected that this group is a secret cabal of vampiric masters who control inner cities and organized crime from the shadows. More field agents have been dispatched
You originally come from one of the government agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA, etc). Now you are a paraintelligence agent freshly assigned to to this task force.
