Do you start with the topic and research first, figure out the hook before anything else, or just start writing and structure it later?
How do you decide what to include, what to cut, and how to keep the script interesting without dragging it out?
How long does it usually take you guys to make a video from start to finish?
I mean everything, researching, scripting, recording, editing, thumbnail, all of it.
I’m trying to get a better idea of how much time other creators actually spend on one video because it’s easy to underestimate how long the whole process takes.
I’m trying to use my own voice for YouTube videos instead of AI voiceovers because AI still sounds a bit too artificial to me.
