Nagapply ako ng housing loan sa pagibig at usapan namin ni seller is fixed amount. We processed all documents at may contract to sell kami regarding the amount 5M all in. Seller to cover all cost of addl fees.
After pagibig provided the NOA, nagbago ang isip ni seller and wanted it to sell 6M kasi mababa nga benta nya initially. Ayaw nya ihonor ung nasa contract to sell.
What are the consequences if hindi ko na ituloy ang purchase since hindi un ang usapan namin?
May habol ba ako para maenforce na ibenta nya sa napagkasunduan na contract which was submitted to pagibig. Contract to sell kasi un na may pirma nya tapos bigla nya babaguhin
