If Maul were forced to team up with Obi-Wan to defeat Palpatine once and for all, would he do it?

Despite his hatred for Kenobi keeping him alive after his defeat at Naboo, the only person Maul seemed to have more hatred towards was Sidious. In a hypothetical scenario, if forming an alliance with Obi-Wan meant the downfall of the empire and the defeat of Palpatine once and for all, would Maul do it? Or do you think he would simply refuse to ever ally with Kenobi and only view him as a foe?
