Can i use this as a filler?

Right now I’m putting up a big planter where I’m not sure ai’ll put either vegetables or roses haha… would this make a good filler? If I was to plant food, would it be safe?

Please don’t roast me, first-first-FIIIIIRST time trying to do this…

Thank you!

Has anyone here been following the Montgomery v. C.H. Robinson lawsuit and the recent Supreme Court decision?

From what I understand, brokers used to be mostly protected from liability when hiring carriers, but now courts are allowing lawsuits against brokers for hiring carriers with poor safety histories or conditional ratings.
Seems like this could seriously change how brokers vet carriers moving forward.
Do you guys think this will make it harder for small carriers to get loads? make brokers stricter on inspections/BASIC scores? affect conditional carriers heavily? change anything operationally for owner-operators?
Curious to hear what people in the industry think about this and whether you think it’s being overblown or if this is actually a major shift for trucking.

What actually happened was in Festus, Missouri, voters removed the four city council members who were up for reelection and had supported the $6 billion AI data center project. It was not literally “all city council members” because only those seats on the ballot could be voted on at that time. The remaining members and mayor were not all removed.

There was also a separate case in Independence, Missouri, where two council members who supported major tax breaks for an AI data center were voted out.
