I'm a librarian and occasionally I get to recommend books to middle school and high school students.

Right now I'm looking at a book request from a 13 year old that likes romance, mystery, Hunger Games, etc.

I'm thinking this is a prime candidate for a Twilight book.

My middle school students are pretty sure they are not ready for it, and I agree. I want them to discover the series at the right time so that they can enjoy it.

What age is a good age to try the Twilight books?

(Not movies, just books).

It's frustrating.

I've had heart palpitations and a massive headache since I saw him across the street from my home last night with his girlfriend and my neighbors.

I forgot how it affects me physically so much. It feels awful. I don't like the adrenaline.

I have to keep checking out the window. I don't know when he will be back. I do know he will be back. He borrowed my neighbor's car.

I talked to my therapist today at our appointment, but it was not helpful.

I don't know how to get through this weekend. Any self care ideas that might help?

I've been trying to find a way to move, a bit overwhelmed with everything to do. Because I need to go very far away. It's massively stressful. So I am doing my best to do steps towards the future.
